Faber Drive!

July 22, 2012

Yesterday, I went to the Live Green Toronto Festival. They had lots of different vendors to check out for living green and had concerts going on all day. I had gone to see Faber Drive, and wanted to check out the vendors, which were pretty cool.

If you’ve never heard of them, Faber Drive is a Canadian pop-rock band discovered by Chad Kroeger of Nickelback back in 2004. They have put out hits such as Tongue Tied, When I’m With You, Give Him Up, You And I Tonight and Do It In Hollywood. Their songs are catchy and each of their music videos have really matched each song. These guys are great. I actually saw them perform back in 2008 when they toured with Simple Plan (my favourite band of all time). There are 4 members: Dave Faber (Vocals, Guitar), Jeremy “Krikit” Liddle (Bass, Backing Vocals), Jordan “JP” Pritchett (Guitar, Backing Vocals) & Andrew Stricko (Drums).

Last night, the show was free (which was awesome!) and they had a terrific energy and sounded great. It was a really great show! Afterwards, they were signing things for fans so I got a picture of them signed AND a photo with the band! It was so much fun meeting them, they’re so nice! Here are a few photos of the show:

The guys in Faber Drive are actually friends with a few friends of mine, which is very cool! So, make sure you check these guys out!
